Small Yields Concentrate Flavor
Handcrafted Elegance In Every Bottle
Casa Locé’s estate wines are exquisite expressions of our land and winemaking philosophy. All our wines are sustainably produced in the Upper Ojai Valley using biodynamic and advanced viticulture practices free from herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides. Our vines are meticulously tended by hand, selected for their compatibility with our soil. Once pressed, our wine is barrel fermented in French oak hewn from the forests of Napoleon. As a result, we consistently deliver small yields of sharply focused, concentrated flavor in every bottle we produce.

The grapes for our Rosé are grown in slightly sandier soil, reflecting and retaining heat to encourage a fuller, more robust flavor profile. The temperate climate allows us to balance acidity and sweetness, producing a Rosé that is both crisp and refreshingly fruity.
