Our focus on producing exceptional quality wine using sustainable, biodynamic practices means that our wine production is quite limited in quantity. To ensure as many people as possible can enjoy our wine, all our releases are available by allocation to members only.

As a member, you’ll enjoy access to purchase (3) three bottles of wine per release and receive invitations to attend our exclusive winemaker dinners and live jazz events.

Membership and Allocation

FAQ

An allocation-only winery is a winery that sells its limited-production wines exclusively to members on a mailing list or through private agents.

Our allocations are released three times a year. You’ll find our schedule of upcoming releases here.

Our allocations typically entitle our members to buy (1) one three-pack from each release. 

To become a member, sign up here. When our membership portal opens, you’ll receive an email informing you that you can now register and create your account. 

In addition to access to purchase (1) one three-pack from each release, membership also includes the opportunity to book private events at our estate and the opportunity to purchase tickets for our exclusive estate events.

Upon release, you’ll receive email and text notifications that your wine allocation is available for purchase. Because our production is so limited, we ask that you purchase your wine through our portal within 48 hours of receiving your notice. Wine not purchased through your allocation within that timeframe will be returned to the pool and offered to another member.

Yes. Our allocations are only available in packages of three. Because our releases are so limited, we can only offer one allocation, or pack of three to each member at this time.

Purchase of your allocation grants you membership with Casa Locé. If you elect not to purchase your allocation, unfortunately, we will need to remove your profile from our list, and your membership status removed. If you’ve been removed from our list and membership, you can always register to be returned to our waitlist here.

We offer shipping within North America at an additional fee determined by location and delivery date requirements.

We take great care to pack your allocation to arrive at your door in pristine condition. That said, we understand that accidents do happen, so should your wine arrive damaged. Please email us at orders@casaloce.com  as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Typically not. However, if you’re a member attending one of our private events, you can pick up your allocation at that time. Please note that 48-hour notice is required.
